Lesson 22 Back control escape(全10本)

Lesson 22 Back control escape

1. Back slide escape
2. Arm loop escape
3. Turning escape and double footlock
4. Head down escape
5. Frame escape

Back control is one of the most dangerous positions, and as long as your opponent is behind you, you cannot escape the threat of submission. By creating the correct defensive form, you limit the direction in which your opponent can attack you while you try and escape in another direction. Your priority is to face your opponent and take the top position, but if this is difficult, you can take the guard position. You can also apply the double footlock to counter the opponent's mistake.
